The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 12b, line 62, by striking new subsection (g) in its entirety and inserting a new subsection (g) to read as follows:

“(g) If a pharmacist substitutes a drug pursuant to the provisions of this section, the patient shall pay only the cost of the substituted drug:  Provided, That this subsection may not apply if the patient is a covered individual.”
